For start I have here few tips for multiple city travel preparation:

• Flights – I have always looking for second cheapest, is good to check the airline company before booking tickets. Generally I can say best airlines for travel from Europe to Asia are Fly Emirates and definitely top is Qatar airlines. These airlines are not relatively expensive with compare what they can offer. For domestic and local international flights in Southeast Asia I recommend Airasia airway (except Laos and Cambodia). Always is best to start with cities as crossways for cheap international flights. Good example is city Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok in Southeast Asia region.

• Always prepare for yourself capable smartphone with GPS and maps so u can navigate anywhere in any situation and don’t forget about power bank at least with 6000 mAh capacity. It can be really helpful. Warning: don’t leave power bank in baggage always carry it with you to the plane.

• Get some money reserve in cash best in US dollar currency so u can exchange it anywhere in case of emergency.

• Learn at least some few basic phrases in ewhere you plan to travel.

• Is good to have two passports. I don’t know about other countries but in Slovakia is possible to have two passport one main with 10 years validity and second one u can get with 5 years of validity. It can be useful if lost one or especially when u planning to travel to Israel and Arabic countries.

• Always get information about transportation first before leaving. You can save a lot of money if u check first what can be available for you in specific places and country. Taxi fares and etc.

• If you fly often create account on website of specific airline company to gain miles. Exchange for miles you can get discounts or even free ticket.

• Don’t be afraid to visit unknown places in cities never know who you can meet or which new place discover.

• Be careful for scammers in any country. Many times tourist being not robed by some thieves but usually robed by themselves by doing wrong decisions to trust some strangers more than trust themselves.

• In case of long time traveling always have to count with some “shit happens” don’t ruin it immediately after some bad experience. It can just happen anywhere but it doesn’t mean it’s end of the world. Later you can realized that is not so difficult to get out of some bad situation and it was mostly our overreaction than real disaster.

• In Europe for short term rent is good airbnb after lot of experience I can recommend it. In Southeast Asia it’s good as well but better is to find some local places, companies to rent some apartment it can be much cheaper than airbnb. As example I could rent serviced apartment in Chiang Mai for my own just for 140 euro per month. On airbnb it would cost almost twice more.
