This country is marvelous landscape by itself. Place of infinite nature, mountains, plains ans sea shores. I got here because of my pure curiosity, I always heard how New Zealand has its beatiful nature

New Zealand is noted for its charming and rich history, which reflects its perfect blend of European and Maori culture. The primary inhabitants of New Zealand were the Maori, who came far-off from Hawaiki, approximately 1,000 years before. The Maori and the British Crown signed an agreement, known as the Treaty of Waitangi in 1840. With the introduction of this treaty, British Law was established in the country. The country is dotted with beautiful historic sites, treasures, and colonial buildings. It was in 1642, when Abel Tasman founded the country of New Zealand. This Dutch man was from Holland and the Tasman Sea got its name in his honor.

New Zealand’s geography consists of two islands, namely, the South Islands and the North Islands. Besides, one will also come by various smaller islands that are centrally located in the water hemisphere. 

​

The country is located approximately 1,600 km from Polynesia and Australia. The primary islands of this country are the North and South Islands, Stewart Island, the Chatham Islands, Great Barrier Island, D'Urville Island, and Waiheke Island. With more than 700 offshore islands, the country can very well termed as an archipelago. The country is also home to several rivers, mountain peaks, and sea ports.
